Accussed man appears in court

Blaine Taypotat, 35, was charged with impaired driving which caused a fatal accident in Saskatoon. This case involves him staying in jail until his next court appearance. Taypotat killed a 23-year-old who was helping the RCMP divert traffic from an earlier crash. Blaine is expected to go to a bail hearing on June 17th. He is also facing other charges for impaired driving in Regina and an assault charge in Broadview.
What really upsets me about this case is the carelessness of people around us. What I notice is that he is using a bargain bail, staying in court until his court appearance. Although there are people who are committing a variety of crimes a day, I believe that Taypotat should be kept off the streets to protect the communities and people that surround him.
