A woman from Ontario is charged for neglecting her obese 12 year old cat. The cat was matted with feces and his skin was so irritated with open sore that it had to be put down. If that's the case, I'm wondering how many more offenders are out there... I'm pro-animal life and it's just heart breaking to hear stories like this.
